Orders created in Shopify, WooCommerce, or Wix typically transfer from the host platform to Lulu Direct within 1-10 minutes. In some cases orders may be delayed for several hours, or they may not transfer at all if there are issues with the order. 


Required Information

All Lulu orders require certain information in order to be received by Lulu Direct properly. If the information is missing, incorrect, or invalid, the order will not transfer to Lulu Direct.

All orders must contain the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Street Address including a house/apt./building number.
  • City, State, Zip Code
  • Phone Number
  • Purchased Item(s)
  • A Valid Shipping Method
  • The order must have a 'PAID' status.


NOTE: If an order arrives in the host platform with missing, incorrect, or invalid information, the order can be corrected in the host platform, which will trigger the order to be resent to Lulu Direct.
