Our WooCommerce and Shopify integrations work by creating an order immediately after the order is placed by your customer. When you you accept preorders, the orders will not be automatically created once you connect the product to Lulu Direct for fulfillment. With our Order Import Tool, you can take preorders through a website or in-person event, then submit them all at once for fulfillment. If your products are only connected to the Lulu Direct app through Shopify, they will need to be uploaded to Lulu.com before you can import your orders.We strongly encourage you to order a proof copy of your project prior to making it available for purchase.
