Impacted Countries

All FedEx mail shipping to the following countries is suspended. Available shipping methods will appear in the cart during checkout:

  • Israel (IL)
  • Jordan (JO)
  • Eritrea (ER)
  • Oman (OM)

Additionally, all FedEx services and shipments to the following countries are suspended:

  • Bahrain (BH)
  • Iraq (IQ)
  • United Arab Emirates (AE)
  • Kuwait (KW)
  • Qatar (QA)

What This Means for Your Orders

Orders with delivery addresses in these countries cannot be fulfilled at this time.
To prevent order issues, we recommend taking the following actions:

  • Remove the impacted countries from your store’s shipping zones
  • Disable shipping methods for those destinations
  • Clearly communicate shipping limitations to your customers
