How Do I Set Up Automatic Payment/Fulfillment for My Lulu Direct Orders? Print

To enable Automatic Payment, first navigate to the Lulu Direct Dashboard and click View Unpaid Order. 

Click on the order, and from the Order Details Page, select Pay.

Enter your payment information and check the box beside Save this information for future orders. After you submit your payment, the credit card information will be stored for future use.

Once you have saved a payment method, go to the Lulu Direct Dashboard and click on your active store's URL. From here, click Store Settings and scroll to Automatic Payments. 

Click Enable Automatic Payments and Confirm.

NOTE: By default, all orders must be manually accepted and paid for. This requirement can be overridden in your Store Settings.
