You can set up automatic payments so that any orders that arrive in your Lulu Direct Store Channel Orders Dashboard are automatically paid for using a credit card of your choice.


Note: This article is specifically for Shopify, WooCommerce, and Wix. It does not include other Lulu Services.


Setting Up Automatic Payments

To enable automatic payments, first go to the Lulu Direct dashboard and click Billing in the menu.



On the Billing page, click Add Payment Method.



Enter your payment information, then click Add Payment Method.



After you submit your payment information, the credit card information will be stored for future use.



Once the payment method is saved, click Dashboard in the menu.

1. On the Lulu Direct dashboard, click your store to open it.



2. On the Store Dashboard, click Store Settings.



3. On the Store Settings page, scroll down to Automatic Payments, then click Enable Automatic Payments and Confirm.



Once enabled, future orders will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
