Lulu Direct requires a valid phone number to be included with the shipping address when an order is created. You can enable WooCommerce to require a phone number when your customer checks out.

WooCommerce Version 8.3 or later

If you installed WooCommerce on version 8.3 or later, please follow these steps.

In the WordPress admin panel hover over Appearance and select Themes. Click Customize under  the active theme. Select Template, click WooCommerce, then select the Page:Checkout. Next click on the Shipping address fields. In the new panel on the right hand side of the page select Required for the phone number.

WooCommerce Version 8.2 or older

If you installed WooCommerce on version 8.2 or older, then you need to follow these steps.

In the WordPress admin panel hover over Appearance and select Customize. Next select WooCommerce and then Checkout. Finally, set the phone field to Required.
