A production delay is the amount of time between submitting payment and sending an order into production. During this delay, you can cancel your order for any reason from the Lulu Direct Orders page. By default it is set to 1 hour and can be increased up to 48 hours. You can increase this delay to allow for more time to cancel an order.Note: Once an order passes the production delay and enters production, you can no longer cancel it.To increase the production delay:1. Go to your store's Settings page. 2. From the Stores page, select Manage Store. 3. Select Settings. 4. Scroll down to Production Delay, then select Update Production Delay.Enter a value between 60 and 2,880 minutes, then click Save Update.
