Connecting WooCommerce or Wix


Note: If you are using WooCommerce, you need to install the WooCommerce plugin into WordPress before you can connect your WooCommerce store to Lulu Direct.

If you are using Wix, you must download the Lulu Direct app from the App Market.

Visit the Lulu homepage and select My Stores from the navigation menu at the top of the page.


In the Lulu Direct dashboard, select WooCommerce or Wix from the drop-down menu, depending on the platform you use.


Click Connect, and a pop-up window will appear.



Click Continue.



Next, select your platform.



Enter your store URL in the field, then click Connect. 



It is important to note that only HTTPS web pages will connect with Lulu Direct. If you try to connect a store using HTTP, it will not work.



NOTE: To help prevent possible connectivity issues, make sure permalinks are enabled for your store before connecting it to Lulu Direct.


Connecting Shopify

Visit the Lulu homepage and select My Stores from the navigation menu at the top of the page.


In the Lulu Direct dashboard, click the drop-down menu and select Shopify.



Click Connect, and a pop-up window will appear. Click Connect Shopify.






On the next screen, if you are already logged in to your Shopify store, you may see a single store listed or a list of stores if you have multiple stores. Click the store you want to connect.




Next, enter your custom Shopify store URL in the field, then click Log in.




Note: If you do not see your store listed, click the Log in with URL link.


 

Next, you will be taken to the Shopify App Store to download and install the Lulu Direct app in Shopify if you have not done so already. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.




Click Install and you will be re-routed to your Shopify Store to approve the installation. 


Click Install again to confirm.



The Lulu Direct App will be installed into your store, and you will be re-routed back to the Lulu Direct Dashboard, where the store will show it is now active.
