Can Delays Affect My Shipping Time?

Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by these delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive.


How Long Can International Mail and Priority Mail Take?

International Mail and Priority Mail services may require additional transit and customs processing times per country, taking up to 28 days to complete delivery.


What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged, Defective, Incorrectly Packaged, or Does Not Arrive?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged item, or if your order does not arrive, Lulu may provide a replacement order.


Notify us within 30 days of your order's shipment date through our online customer support form.


Why Are Some Shipping Methods Unavailable for Larger Orders?

Some carriers have weight limits that prevent certain shipping methods from being available for orders with larger quantities.


What Happens If My International Mail or Priority Mail Order Does Not Arrive Within 28 Days?


International Mail and Priority Mail orders that do not arrive within 28 days may be eligible for a reorder at the discretion of Lulu Support.


Only one reorder can be provided for an order shipped using International Mail or Priority Mail.


How Are International Economy Packages Delivered?

International Economy packages are delivered using the postal service of the destination country.


Who Is Responsible for Customs Duties and Taxes?

Local customs and immigration agencies determine the duties or taxes charged on packages arriving from outside the destination country.


These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Lulu is not responsible for costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient due to shipment failure or late delivery.


Can Lulu Ship to a PO Box?

Yes. If you are shipping to a PO Box, you must select Mail or Priority Mail as the shipping method. Only Mail and Priority Mail can deliver to PO Box addresses.


Carriers such as FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.


Can Lulu Ship to Military APO, FPO, and Diplomatic DPO Addresses?

Yes. Packages shipped to military APO and FPO addresses and diplomatic DPO addresses must use United States Postal Service shipping. Express shipping cannot be used.


To ensure your order is sent through USPS, select United States of America as the country during the shipping step.


Can Lulu Ship to Armed Forces Addresses?

Yes. Lulu supports shipments addressed to Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and Armed Forces America.

Select the option that best matches your Armed Forces shipping destination.


How Long Does Mail Take to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?

When you select Mail for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, the estimated transit time is at least 14 days.


If the transit time exceeds 14 days, the order may be eligible for a reorder at the discretion of Lulu Support.


When Are Express and Expedited Orders Delivered?

Express and Expedited delivery methods deliver Monday through Friday.


Are There Special Shipping Requirements for Correctional Facilities?

Before ordering, check the specific delivery restrictions for the correctional facility.


For example, correctional facilities typically do not allow coil-bound books and require delivery by mail.


Note: If an order is returned from a correctional facility, Lulu Direct will not issue a refund or provide a reorder.
