In the event that a sales channel is no longer needed, it can be deactivated from the Lulu Direct Dashboard.


How to Deactivate a Sales Channel

1. Navigate to the Lulu Direct Dashboard.

2. Click the sales channel to open it.



3. On the Sales Channel Dashboard, click Settings.



4. From Settings page, scroll to the bottom and click Deactivate Sales Channel.



The sales channel will be removed from Lulu Direct.


What Happens When a Sales Channel is Deactivated?

When a sales channel is deactivated, the Buy Buttons and Direct Checkout Links connected to your website will no longer be active. Please keep the following in mind when deactivating a sales channel:

  • Any buy buttons connected to Lulu Direct will be removed.
  • Product details can no longer be accessed in the Lulu Direct Store Dashboard.
  • Buy buttons links and embed codes will no longer be active. 
  • Buy button links and customization options are no longer accessible.


Note: Stripe payouts and information will be accessible as long as your Stripe account is still active. If your Stripe account is deactivated, payout information will no longer be accessible. 

Records of all past orders, payments, and invoices will still be accessible from the Lulu Direct Channel Orders Dashboard.
