By default, Lulu Direct assigns your store orders the lowest-cost trackable shipping method available for the destination. To change the shipping method, select a different option before accepting the order.


How to Change the Shipping Method

1. Log in to your Lulu account.

2. Click My Stores in the navigation menu.

3. On the Lulu Direct dashboard, click Channel Orders in the navigation menu.

4. Locate the order you want to update and select it to open its details.

5. On the Order Details page, click Update Shipping address.



6. In the pop-up window, enter the updated address information, then click Update Shipping Address. 



Note: Once an order has entered production there is no way to update it from the Lulu Direct Dashboard and you must create a support ticket to have the address updated for you.
