Once an order ships, you will receive an email notifying you that it has shipped, along with the tracking number. The tracking number can also be found on your Store Orders page.


Locating A Tracking Number For an Order


1. Log in to your Lulu account.

2. Click My Stores at the top.

3. On the Lulu Direct dashboard, click Channel Orders at the top.

4. Locate the order that has shipped. A tracking link will be visible on the shipped order.



5. The tracking number can also be found by clicking the order to open it. The tracking number appears in the Shipment section of the order details.



Untraceable Shipping Methods

If an order is shipped via an untraceable method, Lulu cannot track the progress of the order. Because these shipments cannot be tracked, we recommend using a traceable shipping method whenever possible.


Although untraceable shipping methods are more affordable, they carry a greater risk of delays, packages being lost in transit, or packages becoming stuck in customs. Using an untraceable shipping method means your package may not arrive within a reasonable time frame.


International orders sent via an untraceable shipping method may take up to 28 days to arrive. If it has been more than 28 days, please Contact Support.
