The “Invalid” order status indicates either 1) a problem with the shipping information or 2) information is missing that is required to fulfill the order. For example, if an order is created with incomplete, invalid, or missing shipping information, Lulu Direct will mark the order “Invalid.”

When an order is marked as “Invalid,” you will see this notification in the Order screen along with an option to revise the order. When troubleshooting an “Invalid” order, please keep the following in mind:

  • Ensure each address field contains less than 30 characters

  • Verify that a phone number has been included in the address information

  • Double-check the State/Province/Region field to ensure it is correct

  • If the address is a PO box, check to be sure either Mail or Priority Mail shipping was selected by your customer

Once the order has been updated to include valid shipping information, you can then pay for the order and begin fulfillment.

Please Note: Orders marked as “Invalid” will not be processed using automatic payments, if one is set up in your account.
