If you would like to update your automatic payment method, the first thing you'll want to do is disconnect the current payment on file. You can do this by going to Apps > Lulu Direct > More Actions > Settings, then scrolling to the Payment Settings section on this page. If you currently have an Automatic Payment set up, you will see the option to Turn Off Auto Pay. Please click this button and confirm.Currently, the only way to add a new automatic payment is while paying for an order. If you have an Unpaid order in the Lulu Direct App, click Pay and enter your new card details. While filling out this form, click the check box which reads "Use card information for automatic payment." This will save your card details for automatic payments on future orders.
